Heir to the finest Veneto winemaking tradition, the Prosecco Pirani range comes to life thanks to the Glera grape variety. A product that is studied down to the smallest detail in terms of production and its organoleptic profile.
In 2019, the passion of Mr Pirani gave rise to the exclusive Bollicine range with four versions of Prosecco D.O.C. , one Prosecco D.O.C.G. Valdobbiadene and one Spumante Cuvée Rosé. Made with the finest Italian grapes using a double fermentation technique (Charmat) and in the best Veneto winemaking tradition.
This method produces a wine with a fresh, gentle taste, and the effervescent composition typical of Prosecco. The final phase of second fermentation occurs directly in the bottle. So the wine, once bottled, is ready to be tasted.
Prosecco Pirani welcomes the experience of making new contacts, like at the Prowein fair, the leading international wine and spirits market place, one of its kind. Exhibitors and visitors make a decisive contribution to this great success. In fact, the Düsseldorf fair is considered a fundamental tool on which to base the success of business operations, to discover new wines and to share new experiences.
Honegger, as Italy’s sole representative for Messe Düsseldorf, offers valid support to Italian companies that want to take part each year in ProWein, also designing and creating exhibition spaces for some, including Prosecco Pirani.
